Okay. Mystery weight gain is not so much a mystery any more. I looked up the recommended sodium intake for adults. It is between 1500-2400mg. Considering I had 4310,4143, and 2885mg the last three days, it's no wonder the scales has gone in the opposite direction of what I want. So, today's menu will consist of water and low sodium foods. Ugh...every day is a learning process.
