Good morning!

It's a day full of meetings, and I won't be at my office at all, so today's journal will be a little short.

I slept horribly bad last night, but I'll manage. The tricky part will be staying awake through 9 hours of meetings. Boo.

I did great on my food intake yesterday. I didn't quite follow the original plan, but I did good. Wife asked me if we could change plans a little, and I felt like I needed more meat than I had originally planned, so I jumped in.

I stuck to the rules on protein, fat and carbs, though, and ended up with a calorie intake in the 1100's. Not bad at all.

The results of a few days focus are starting to show. I'm down 1.7 kilos since yesterday. Body fat percentage is up some too, so it's mostly fluid I shedded yesterday, but there IS also some fat loss.

This is the only downside on dopping fluid fast - the body fat % goes up quite a notch. Yesterday it said 11%. Today it says 13%. Still, it's in no way a bad number. I do, of course, want it just a bit lower.

My main goal on body fat is to be under 10%. I'll be happy with that.

Today, I won't be on my feet at all, due to the meetings. So today there is no skipping my morning walk. It's resting day from my workouts too, so the steps are really gonna matter to me.

I will try to get to walk just a little further this morning, just to get in more steps. I really want to get past the 10,000 step mark - but I know that I probably will have to do pretty much ALL of them in the morning if I want them done today. I'll be dead tired when I come home from work, and I know that I won't get anything done later in the day.

So the walk is on this morning. Big time.

It's nice outside - clear weather, perfect dry. It's cold though.

Ever since I lost the weight, I am always cold. I am always freezing my butt off. This winter is gonna be a real challenge. If I was to point at one negative thing about losing weight, this would be it. The cold.

Obviously, all the positives TOTALLY outweighs this one negative, hands down. :)

Today, I'm thankful for:
- A day with meetings, where I don't have to think about my "real" work. I hope this de-stresses me a little.
- Bringing lunch to work on a day where they serve lunch at the meeting. Full focus, Keld. Full focus.
- Soup for dinner, unless Wife changes her mind.
- Dropping 1.7 kilos since yesterday. Can I drop more for tomorrow? Probably not. These drops only come now and then - rarely several days in a row. That's fine.
- Good walking weather.
- Wife!
- Wife's cooking! :)

Life is good!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 159.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LOL, know what you mean about the cold. After loosing weight, I bought boots; for the first time... And scarves and even gloves. A real first. Well done on the loss and planning ahead to get your target :-)

Sitting in meetings all day - boo right enough. You are doing well this week. Keep it up Keld. Hope the stress is a bit better. Sucks that you didn't sleep so good so perhaps stress is still 'up there'. You will hopefully have a wonderful sleep tonight.
