Maintaining is a lot harder than I expected. I had to take time out from maintaining to lose the 2 lbs I gained trying to maintain! I think I need to go about 5 lbs below my goal so I can stay withing my goal range.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
