Feeling ok that with all the slip ups I have had that this is not a higher number. Last night it was peanut M&M's...after getting the news about Dad I couldn't stop myself. Bet it shows up on the scale today!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It is a marathon not a sprint. A slip up here and there will not alter the overall outcome. You've got this.

And I bet it disappears as quickly as It came. Unless you ate three pounds of m&ms I highly doubt It will have any lasting effect. Chin up, I'll be thinking of you!!
