So, week 1 is in the books. It shows less than a pound lost but I think I may have been a little more than 163 the week before...and it had shown as 163.8. Needless to say, I may have actually lost close to 2 lbs. I have been getting in 5 days of exercise and I have to say I feel great. I feel so much lighter on my feet. I can really feel it in my knees. I will continue on this path...June 16th can't come too soon!!
162.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
