Okay so I have been a little off the last few days, doing some comfort eating, but I woke up this morning in a much better frame of mind and a plan to get it back under control. I may realistically not be able to get under and stay under under 170 but I can be healthy there and that is what I want.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
