Okay this is getting boring for you all LOL. Another 100 grams gone.

Trialled cocoa last night and no blisters this morning! Am hoping it will stay okay as I would love to have my hot chocolates when the weather cools down again. Or chocolate protein shakes *drools*

210.1 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's good Stef! I just had a chocolate protein shake for lunch - oh yum! I have really missed cocoa! I don't normally have liquid lunches but the cocoa was calling my name and I was too hungry to spend time cooking anything LOL
