I found it very hard to get and stay motivated this week. I know I am only hurting myself by not sticking to my healthy diet and exercise routines. I just have a hard time finding something to keep me going. This morning when I woke up I think I just realized that I need to do this for myself and my family. Lets see how this week goes.
