No more pressure. My body will react how it will. Some things I need to be proud of, even if my body has slowed down its weight loss and I am 8 pounds away from my goal:

1. Running 2 miles straight without stopping
2. Burning 300 calories in 30 minutes on the elliptical, without blinking an eye
3. Wearing a size medium bikini
4. Looking great in JCrew size 10 skinny jeans
5. Needing to return the size large underwear and size 36C bra to Victoria's Secret because they're too big
6. Learning how to cook balanced meals, balance what I eat throughout the day, and how to exercise to take care of myself

Go me!!!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
