Amazing how easy weight is to put on. Also amazing to see that when I eat 100% correctly, the weight starts coming back off again. Why I can't remember that ALL THE TIME versus this yo yo thing...amazing in a sad sort of way.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
