Good Morning. Rain is in the forecast for the whole week, well that's what our weather here in the Pacific N.W. is all about!! A good weigh in this Morning. I lost 3/4 of a pound. I did find out that the Atkins candy bars are holding up my weight loss progress, so I'm not going to have them for awhile, and then see if I can eventually eat them again, time will tell. Out side of that, My Low Carb Plan is going very well!! That's about it for the day....Marlene
