I joined this Fat Secret site on Jan 15th, shortly after I'd actually began the Atkins Diet. While FS would allow me to go back to the 11th and put in my daily food intake, it wouldn't let me backdate my starting "Last" weight to January 11th, so when I put in my current "New" weight on Jan. 16th, it appears I lost 6 lbs in a single day. That's not accurate. I lost 6 lbs in 6 days.

In any case, all's going well. I'm losing weight and so far I'm feeling good. No major complications. While I've started entering info in the Exercise Calendar, too, it's mostly things like Sleep, Desk Work, and Driving—not "real" exercise, just daily activity. I do plan to begin exercising more once I complete the Introductory Phase 1 and enter Phase 2 of the Atkins Diet Plan.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
