Well... I'm on day 4 of phase 1 and I think I'm doing pretty decent. I'm proud of myself for actually sticking with it. My boyfriend has been supportive too so that helps. Not much to say really... I eat a lot of meat and veggies, lots of salad... ya... it's going well... I hope to keep it up. I just want to get down to $120, so we'll see how long that takes... I'll post pics of the progress.
I think I'm gonna start a biggest loser competition here at work. I mentioned it to a few people and they really liked the idea. I'll keep you all posted!
