Doing ok still. Stopped logging my food in my home journal for a couple weeks and feels good to be actively doing it again. No weight changes for the past 2 weeks. Guess that's good because I have had some potatoes and one bad day at work and I ate 3 slices of pizza for dinner. Back on track and and will be more vigilant for carb creep. I still hope to lose another 10 lbs over the next couple months.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pizza is my downfall. I love pizza, but I found a LC pizza made with a cheese crust. It is better than any pizza I have had. Absolutely love it, and no guilt for eating it. Mix 12oz of cheese with 3 eggs and whatever seasonings you want. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Cover with the cheese mix as thinly as possible but no bare spaces. Bake at 450 for 10 mins, turn down to 400 bake for 10 mins - take out, turn oven to broiler. Add whatever cooked toppings you want, broil in oven for 5 mins. Done and Delish!

Good Morning and I agree that pizza can be a real downfall because it's sooooo darn good and a go to food when out with friends. My solution is to eat the top only along with a small salad which is basically your pizza bake. I meet friends out at least 2 times weekly for pizza and enjoy the food and company.
