Well, tomorrow is 5k race day. Went today and got our race bibs and shirts. Everyone at work is asking if we're excited. Uh, not really is my response, just going for a run and there will be lots of people around. Just curious to see what kind of run time I'll have. Will it be better then when we go for a run on lunchtime? It's suppose to rain too tomorrow. And to boot today I feel like a cold is coming on. I just keep thinking that the cold is minor and I will get through the run tomorrow no matter what!

We skipped trick or treating last night. My little guy wanted nothing to do with. Instead we went over to my parents last night and helped out with the farm. My dad got a big load of sawdust/shavings mixed and we cleaned out the heifer barn and then put the fresh bedding in. The heifers were very happy. The weather was warm but it was very windy and rainy. So I think they were happy to get in the clean barn.

THis morning my little guy and I went to the dentist. Success at getting my son to sit in the dentist's chair and have his teeth checked. It was his third time there and the first time we got him to go for the checkup finally!!! So proud of him!

Wow it seems like race day got here fast! You'll do great, hope the cold doesn't show up! Great job on the dentist. First dentist I took my little guy to was pretty horrible so we had to switch, now it's a breeze. We trick or treated in the rain! It did clear up to an occasional sprinkle after about an hour, but we were already wet. Kids didn't care they had a blast. My niece went with us too! Not sure what we're going to do with all this candy!! I'll have to bring some to work for the co-workers to get rid of lol!
