making progress... hurt my shoulder somehow, waiting for specialist appt - makes working out difficult so i've had to ajust my eating to compensate for sitting around more then usual. sucks
144.6 lb Lost so far: 80.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
