Good morning!

I had quite a drop in weight since yesterday - 1.7 kilos!

My mission to shed fluid (and fat) is working!

Yesterday was EASY when it came to foods - and everything else too, really. It was a great day.

All the food choices were wise ones. I had no snacks other than one apple. I had a great lunch - leftover chili con carne - and an apple in the afternoon.

I was working at the gym last night, and it was busy. We signed up 45 new customers at the convention last weekend, and they are all being introduced to our way of doing circuit training. I had 8(!) of them yesterday. It was a lot of fun, and kept my mind busy with other things than food.

Wife was sweet enough to bring me dinner - a spinach omelet - and I had another apple through the evening, before my feeding window closed at 7.

I ended at a total intake of 1500 calories, 24,300 steps taken, and more than 300 "very active minutes" and an almost 4,000 calorie burn yesterday - according to Fitbit. Damn. No wonder my weight dropped this morning.

...

I feel GREAT today. I didn't have all that much sleep - about 5½ hours - but I slept GREAT and TIGHT. I didn't wake up until my 4 AM alarm. I got out of bed first attempt, and just got going quietly, as I didn't want to wake up Wife.

She had barely woken up when it was time for me to leave. I'm happy she got some sleep. She needs it.

...

I did MOST of my walk this morning. I'm not 100% finished, but I know that I'll be doing pleny more walking throughout the day, so I am 100% sure I will reach all goals.

We have a meeting at the other side of town - the monthly staff meeting - and I will walk out there. It's about two kilometers each way. Also, I will walk out to have lunch with Wife.

And last, but not least, I will be walking to the local theater. There is a motivational speaker who will be talking about reaching goals. She's hired by the city, whom I work for, so it's free of charge. I figured it'd be nice with a booster, and stuff like this is always interesting.

I myself is considering doing something like that. Motivational speaking, with a weight loss focus. Maybe even a slight workout focus. I am bringing my little recorder to tape the show, and then I will dissect it afterwards, to get a feel of how she has built her show. Hopefully I can learn something.

...

I think it would be fairly easy for me to be a motivational speak. I am already constantly running my mouth about weight loss and well being to anyone who wants to listen, so why not make a 2nd (or 3rd) income doing it? I think it would be a blast to go do.

Maybe I could even live off it one day.

...

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Sleep! I feel awesome!
- Hugely down in weight, and only up in body fat by a fraction. Fluid is coming off rapidly!
- Morning coffee!
- Early at work, saving up comp time.
- Wife!
- Payday! :)

Also, of coruse, Happy Halloween to all! Have a fun and safe day! What are you all doing for Halloween? Here in Denmark, the tradition is slowly gaining ground - it has only been a "thing" here a few years. There will maybe be a trick or treater or two, but that's all.

We're gonna spend the evening home, just relaxing after a good meal, watching Halloween Movies.

We're gonna watch Trick'r'Treat and Hocus Pocus for sure. :)

Wow, dropping 1.7 kilos and burning 4000 calories is incredible. I'm trying a HIIT routine this week for exercise. I need to tone and shed some fat before my next weigh-in. Any tips on how to do this would be welcomed. I like the 14% body fat goal on your previous journal. Oh well google here I come.
