So today I was shocked to be at 148! The scale messes with me though. I can get on it five times and have three different weigh ins. Then, I'll grab my three year old and put her on the scale to make sure it works. Then I'll get on it again and maybe even scoot the scale across the tile till I find the new "sweet spot". My hubby laughs at me but I would love to know that I'm not the only one out there! Yesterday I had 1 egg with turkey bacon and a decaf NF latte with splenda. For lunch a low carb $6 burger from carls. No cheese, ketch up or mayo. Last night was movie night so I had I chicken breast with 1/2c guacamole and celery sticks. (guac= 1tbs. oil so chicken was cooked in pan spray) Dessert was a fudgesicle with 1 tbs. natural PB and 1 tbs. Non fat whipped topping. I drink about 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day which REALLY helps! I buy a gallon of water for .65 instead of those little bottles for $1. It's cheap, convenient and not very professional looking so I keep it under my desk. I gallon lasts me two days. Refills are .25. Makes sense.

OMG, I totally do that same thing with our scale. I'll have a 3 pound variance during the day, which just stuns me sometimes. Of course, it shows my 5 yr old's weight as totally steady. I record the higher of the weights in my log, or the one that is the most consistent. Probably be better if I obsessed about the scale readings slightly less often. :)

I know! I just feel sometimes like the scale helps me monitor my weight loss efforts. That way if it's up one day I can evaluate the day before and correct it. A lot of times I'll have a huge variance during the day if I'm not drinking enough water. I'll start retaining which is why I try to drink so much during the day. I stop at 7pm. I must use the restroom about 20 times a day!
