State Fair over the weekend and tried a lot of different deep fried exotic fair food. Scale shows it. Also, thinking of doing a 5k on Thanksgiving, and the route includes a hill which can only be described as "AYFKM!!??" so instead of running today at lunch, I set the incline at 6 on the treadmill and walked for 20 minutes. Legs...burning. But hopefully by next month, will be ready to jog at least part of the way up that sucker.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
