I'm not too discouraged, cuz i haven't been exercising.
They're starting a biggest loser contest at work and i'm super excited to have people to encourage and that encourage me, as well.
My mini goal is to be down 20 lbs by the 12th week of the year.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
