So been doing this diet for a week today and still at 150. Really annoys me to be frank, since I am making so many sacrifices. Oh ya I went from 150.6 to 150.5 to 150.0 this morning but its not like thats a significant weight loss considering how much alcohol I was binging on previous to being here.

Yeah just before starting induction I was at 155 but that could have been water weight etc.

I am drinking alot of coffee with cream and eating a lot of fat but isnt that what you are supposed to do on ATkins?> Plus for the most part it has shown on trace keytones so maybe the creams and stuff are not helping me.


Not a good start to my day- slept in, ugly ass snow all over the place, and now not even a considerable weight loss in the morning.

I guess its going to be one of those days. JOY.

If you are doing Atkins Induction, you are doing it wrong. I looked at this past week's meals you posted and your carbs are way to high. You not eat more than 20 net carbs a day. Wit the amount of carbs you have been eating you are not going to get into ketosis. Are you posting everything you are eating? It looks like starting the 25th you did lower your carbs to a reasonable amount, but then on the 27th you were starving yourself. Fat to protein ration seems pretty good, but you definitely need to lower the carbs. Start over and follow the plan to a tee, your body will get into ketosis and you should start burning the fat.

I am under 20 net grams of carbs... Im not sure what days u mean?

the 23rd you had 36/27 net carbs; the 24th - 57/54 net carbs. Both days over the limit. As I said you did start to lower it on the 25th, but then the 27th you were in starvation mode if that is all you had for the day. Your body is not going to lose weight when only two out of the last five days you have been on plan, and one of those days - the 26th you could have really used a little more fat intake.
