I have been feeling a little sick the last few days. I hate getting sick because it's not like I can stay in bed and rest. Oh, well it's just a little head cold I think and I hate to go to the Dr for something so small. It takes major planning for me to go anywhere.
Well I hope everyone had a great week and did well on their programs. I lost another 1.8 pounds this week. Happy but I still have to get passed 142 to believe this is working this time. The thought of getting passed the 142 is exciting and I am still hopeful. Just a few more pounds before it's put to the test.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
