Will be starting nutrisystem in a few days once food gets here. Been doing my own diet, but it will be nice to get food that is low in calorie. It is not easy to go shopping for low calorie food. I really took the plunge and got rid of all my "bad" food. I gave it away or threw it out if it was opened. About broke my heart to waste a loaf of raisin bread. I am single so it is easy to have just me on the diet, but not easy to hold my self accountable. I am glad Fat Secret tracks Nutrisystem. I know this website and am not impressed with theirs.

Been getting up earlier and taking my lunch every day for a week now. Can't take any more broccoli lol. Healthy really is bland sometines. Salad with out dressing blah, coffee black, ich.

Just remember to stock up on spices for your meals. They can be a little bland if you don't season them to your own tastes. They are extremely versatile and convenient though. :)

Thanks for the advise on the spices. I bought hot sauce and no salt. I really looked at the salad dressings for my salad and found fat free italian. I can live with those changes and still get some flavor in my food.
