I am still having problems getting enough protein...I am tired of protein shakes but can't manage chicken or turkey for another week from the surgery.

Egg whites. Roasted chicken and turkey breasts. I suggest you cut out the crackers. I have found cutting back on the carbs in breads and pastas help with the weight loss.

Change flavor of the protein drink for something different? Perhaps a fruit flavored one. A fruit smoothie protein???
