*happy dance* Now if I could just shake off the sinus infection and the side effects of the antibiotic and get my energy back. *sigh*

Another lb gone - fabulous. Sorry you had to cancel your trip. Jealous you have been eating cheesecake but presume its Atkins type cheesecake? Thanks for your encouragement on my journal today. You are the weight I want to be! Look out, I'm coming after you - lol.

Damn that sinus infection!! I do need to try this fabulous cheesecake....maybe at the end of the month when I'm back to actually going down instead of making up for the Holidays!!! You're never a downer as far as I can tell by the way!

Sarasmum, totally Atkins friendly cheesecake. Made with splenda and an almond flour crust. Just as yummy as the original though. Nette, it was amazing. I was going to make one but Kurt beat me to it... I was 5 boxes of cream cheese but. I am afraid to make another. Russell doesn't like cheesecake so I'd eat it all!

Rowanfair, can you post the recipe? Also, I'd love to see the almond flour crust recipe,too - as it would make a great crust for my low carb pumpkin pie. Thanks!
