Good morning everybody! This is the day that the Lord has made! I will rejoice and be glad in it!

Just about time to wake up the troops. My daughter, sil, and let the baby sleep until someone wakes her up.

Weight the same as yesterday. From December 27, 2010: weight: 210 to January 12, 2011 weight 195. Fifteen pounds in 16 days. Not that it is a race. Slow and steady wins the race. We don't want it to come back on fast as we all know that flucuations happen.

Will check on journal later as time permits.

Praying for all my buddies. Hope everyone has a great Fatsecret day!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good morning sunshine. And did you say 15 pounds in 16 days? Yay you! Way to go - that is so fantastic. Celebrate the day, enjoy yourself. I am proud.
