everytime i get here at 46 something kg, my starts to get stuck. but that's healthy so i'm just chilling :)

breakfast: cheese stick 60, lettuce 4 (hahahha), iron eggs 72

lunch: dumpling (no flour skin) & herb tea... 400?

sub: 536 calories

ps. i won't be logging in for 2 days after this b/c we are going away for the weekend~~ hehe
102.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
