This is day three and i'm doing really good, its really hard to fight the cravings but i have been reading celebrity magazines and success stories to remind myself why im doing what im doing
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 January 2011:
1274 kcal Fat: 66.60g | Prot: 64.70g | Carb: 113.69g.   Breakfast: edamame, vegetable dip, celery, carrots, roast beef deli, cream cheese. Lunch: 100% whole wheat,  tofu. Dinner: lean pocket pep, cheese, salsa, ranch, side salad. Snacks/Other: lite soup, vitamin water xxx, caprisun roarin, coffee, fun size snickers. more...
