Nuts as protein twice a day for four days + jalapeno poppers + personal pan pizza with Wundoemous (a salty spice) + gin & tonic + garlic bread + croissant + 3 chocolate chip cookies + eating breakfast and drinking a bottle of water before weigh-in when I usually eat nothing = gaining 3.8 pounds.


Yuck.
147.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.4 lb a week
