I've been eating well, but not disiplined to write it down. When I get back from conference, I'm starting a cleanse (which I'lll need - LOL) and going to really focus so I am at my next goal weight before Thankgsiving. The good news is that while my husband told me he thinks I need to put "a little more meat on my bones" and gain about 5 lbs back (!), I'm much more concerned with tightening and flattening what I've got, then loosing a bunch more weight.
