Somebody on the beachbody forums was talking about a killer core workout: Ab Ripper X followed by Insane Abs followed by another round of Ab Ripper X. I gave it a try two days ago and my abs still hurt.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
