I'm trying to lose weight slowly.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

How many miles do you walk each day?

I have a pedometer but lately I've just been trying to walk 20 minutes a day. I have tendency to set big goals and then not follow through so I'm trying for smaller successes.
