Nope -- Killed it --- Lately I have been eating out BIG TIME one day and the next eat about 1000 cal or less However everyday I workout aerobically and often lift weights So yeah, I have gained weight from my low, but it is muscle and it is keeping my wife at bay as she was about to call the Doc on me for an intervention since I was down to about 160 at one point.

Excellent that you've got it in control. With wifey...160 is way too low. And a splurge once in a while is good too.
