Well my husband and I are LAZY. One little step at a time. I found a way to be a disciplined lazy person. We now have a catering company serving us breakfast, lunch, and dinner 5 days a week. We are on day 2 today and OMGosh is the food good! The peak of the calories for me is 1500 and for my hubby 1800. We will definitely loose weight eating these meals. Now I have to get used to eating such delicious food that are smaller portions. One day at a time.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
