i keep eating like an isane person AT NITE ... binging eating like a shark frenzied animal theres emotional eating thats for sure i stay away from the carbs most of the day try to eat em only in the morning << im having problem sleeping >> i have emphesema , and its hard for my body to get the excersise its suposed to have so i CAN get to sleep and STAY asleep im all happy with myself then POW midnite or later i hit the crap, carbs, fats, anything.... just stuffing my face only to be disapointed the next day i keep trying , then give up ... then try again and here i am trying AGAIN will it stick this time ??? heres hoping
