a day of horrible eating.eggs and toast for brekka not bad. lunch with dog. a terrible omelet w horrible hollandaise and a air filled cinnamon roll. I know I didn't have to eat it and I know I won't go there again. not much else but that was demoralizing. maybe tomorrow will be better.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might want to consider documenting your foods everyday. That way, you see what you ate that wasn't satisfying and will make the effort to change it or do something different.
