Still exercising regularly, eating right, and have consciously increased the vegetable portions. Rare evening snack is a healthy one. Still, no losses. I hate plateaus.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
