I am not really down on myself because it was one bad week. I have lost 16 pounds in a few months and I am stuck but I will get there. My husband is now dieting with me which he is an inspriration though he is losing it twice as fast. That makes me mad, but he helps get me in gear when I am wanting to be lazy.
