Went to Golden Corral and ate pretty responsibly
Lots of Veg and Protein and salad

No desserts

Weight lifting is bulking up my muscle which the wife likes ( she thinks I am too skinny )
172.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
