I understand your frustration (I haven't been below 150 lbs since middle school). If you aren't seeing the results you want, maybe you could try adjusting your exercise/diet plan? Also, don't forget that these things take time. You can do it! Hang in there!

It can take a lot of time and patience for some people to see results especially if you don't have a lot to lose and are already at a lower weight. Some things to think about. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose weight? Some times you need to play around with calories till you find what works. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about WHAT you are eating and not just HOW MUCH. Protein and high fiber foods keep us satiated longer and help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Are you drinking water? Water helps flush out sodium and keep things moving. Are you tracking all your food honestly? All those bites, licks and tastes add up quickly. Are you being active? When you don't have a lot to lose, exercise can be your best friend. Weight loss is a continual process and we don't always see our results of what we do this week till next week or later. Trying new exercise is a great idea. Interval training really burns fat off the body. Jillian Micahels has some short workouts that kick your butt in to shape. You can drop sizes without seeing the scale move much with certain kinds of exercise. Keep trying different things. I know it's hard and takes patience. Good luck!
