200 grams down today. Will be more now as I have an upset tummy from some ham LOL. That will teach me not to eat food without an ingredient list!

I cut my calories lower the last few days to see if it helps. Desperate to get that downward slope sloping again! If it means being hungrier more often I guess that is just life...

213.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

don't lower your calories - you need to stay as close to your RDI as possible. hope your tummy feels better soon!

Thanks, it was only a short term nasty and I am okay now thankfully! I am only lowering my calories because I am stuck on what else to do...
