I managed to get in more water and more food yesterday and today. I feel a whole lot better. I've lost something like 10 lbs. since starting again on Monday (I didn't record the first day, just in case it turned out to be another false start, hehe).

I know a lot of that is water weight at this point but it's good momentum going into week 2.
266.6 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 19.6 lb a week
