Not entirely sure this will stick, as I haven't been to the gym in a week. But it's what my scale said this morning (twice), so I'm recording it.

Also, my belt is 2 notches tighter this morning!!
213.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
