Well, today I had pulled pork, with BBQ sauce. It cost me a lot of carbs! It was all they had so I just took a small portion and ate it with no bun. Tonight I'm just having salad.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
