Hmm... not quite a pound but, I'm still pleased lol. I didn't sleep very well, only got 4 hours or so. I've had this cough for a couple of nights. I also ate kind of late. Sigh... I can't wait go get home from work. I'm so sleepy lol.
279.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 119.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
