20% body fat weighed after breakfast. Been eating desserts and other bad things. I guess the adrenaline from playing WoW is speeding up my metabolism lol
190.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
