Ate late? Not sure why I'm gaining here, I was under on calories and worked out.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea sometimes eating late can do that to the scale. Doesn't mean much. Just stay on track and it will go back down.

Yeah, I always try to make a guess when my weight goes up, that one was surprising.
