The past few weeks have been just aweful. Hardees, Chinese, Pizza, Mexican, alcohol, chips, cheetos, gormet popcorn, etc. Last night my body was a garbage disposal for an abundance of trash. I earned a 2 pound weight gain in 2 weeks, on top of a 2 pound gain before that. I realize that being thin won't equal happiness, but I need to at least maintain 185 to stay in the size I'm in now, which is tight today. The apron of fat around my lower belly has grown a size itself, along with my butt and love handles.
Today I took a Svelt Green Coffee Bean extract, I wish that it would make me feel full and thirsty so that I drink tons of water, plus a slight energy increase so that I stay active after work.
In addition, I will go back to my meal/snack consistant diet. I will to lose 3 pounds, and get back to 185, by October 1st.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
