I've lost a bit of ground but had a lot of fun doing it. Time to chill down a bit. Maybe not eat terribly healthy but at least try to keep my calories to a reasonable 2000-2500 range instead of the 5000-8000 buffet range.
390.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 210.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
