finally starting to feel a bit better. my head is still very congested but my stomach is not cramping anymore. I have decided to join a 14 day challenge where I do strict Atkins induction. the first day was yesterday and I did stick with allowable foods just not enough. Today will be better I'm sure. The water retention has started to go down some since my rings aren't fitting as tight anymore so that also a good thing. I leave in 3 weeks and 5 days so if I can go another 10lbs I think I will be happy. I don't know if I'll meet my goal of 200 but I will see maybe I will have a miracke happen. I'm just going to eat clean and see what happens. Any movement in the scale down is better than where it was.
